Before we begin, make sure you are wearing soft, loose clothes – nothing should restrict your movements. Have a comfortable mat on a hard floor surface. And make sure you can easily hit ‘pause’ and ‘play’ on this video without needing to leave the mat — either with a remote, or by being positioned closely to your video player. Hit ‘pause’ now, and when you are prepared, hit ‘play’ to begin.
